Ingredients: 1.5 lbs. Top Sirloin 8 oz. Mushrooms 1 or 2 Green Bell Peppers 1 Large Yellow Onion 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing ¼ cup Mayonnaise ¼ cup Red Wine 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce |
Method:
Cube the sirloin, onions, and bell peppers. Make the dressing according
to the package leaving out the water but add the mayonnaise, red wine,
and soy sauce, mix well. Toss sirloin and vegetables in marinate. Marinate
one or two hours. |
