Grilled New York Strip Marinated with Amber Beer
Ingredients
12 oz. Amber Beer
1/2-cup Chicken or Veal stock
1/2tsp. Fresh Thyme
1 cup Tomatoes
peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
5 drops Tabasco Sauce
1 bay leaf
½ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Salt
2 1bs. New York 8oz. Steaks.
Method:

Marinate 3 to 8 hours. Grill and enjoy.
 
 
Twice Baked Potatoes - Serves 8-12
Ingredients
8 large Idaho bakers, baked
½ lb. Bacon
minced then cooked
½ cup sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1pinch salt and pepper.

Method:
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop our potatoes leaving ¼’’ thick shells.
Hand mash or mixer mash potatoes with all ingredients. Re-stuff shells.
Bake at 350? for approximately 12-14 minutes.

Crown Pork Loin

Corned Beef

Steak Diane

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Top Sirloin
8 oz. Mushrooms
1 or 2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Red Wine
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Method:

Cube the sirloin, onions, and bell peppers. Make the dressing according to the package leaving out the water but add the mayonnaise, red wine, and soy sauce, mix well. Toss sirloin and vegetables in marinate. Marinate one or two hours.
Skewer and grill.

 
Lime Ginger Marinade
Ingredients:

Juice of two limes
1 Thumb Ginger, minced
4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Sugar or honey
2 Tbsp. Salad Oil
1/8 cup Cilantro, Minced

Method:

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes, chicken for 30 minutes, fork for 40 minutes. Grill and enjoy.
